Richard J. Kalish

Richard J. KalishRichard J. Kalish practices in the areas of commercial real estate and business. Mr. Kalish graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and from U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was Research Editor of the California Law Review. After serving as law clerk for U.S. District Judge Albert C. Wollenberg in San Francisco, Mr. Kalish practiced business litigation for over 15 years before becoming General Counsel of a large real estate investment firm. He then re-entered private practice and for the past 20 years has represented real estate and business owners and investors in transactions and operational matters. Mr. Kalish is an Adjunct Professor at Dominican University in San Rafael, where he has taught a course in business ethics since 2010. Mr. Kalish lives in Mill Valley with his wife and enjoys hiking on Mt. Tam in his free time.
